The client agrees not to use our services for any illegal purposes or any activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, the client’s country of residence, or international laws.

All intellectual property rights related to materials, tools, and software developed by Masarib remain its sole property.

Upon full payment for the service, the client is granted usage rights for the final deliverables (such as the website or designs) as stipulated in the service contract.
5. Limitation of Liability

Masarib LTD makes every effort to achieve the best marketing results; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as a specific percentage increase in sales) as these results depend on external factors and market behavior.

The company is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by third parties (such as hosting providers or social media platforms).
6. Data Protection and Security
We utilize advanced security protocols (such as SSL and Sucuri) to protect our website and user data. Credit card data is processed directly through the secure banking system; the company does not view or store any credit card details.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising shall be resolved before the competent courts in the city of Kigali.
