Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Masarib LTD, we strive to ensure our clients’ satisfaction with our digital services. Given the nature of the services we provide (Digital Marketing, Web Design, and Software), our refund policy is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation Before Commencement

The client is entitled to cancel the service request and receive a full refund if the execution of any part of the work has not yet commenced.

2. Work in Progress

In the event of a cancellation request after the project has started, the cost of the man-hours already completed and any third-party expenses (such as domain registration fees, hosting, or specialized software licenses) will be deducted. The remaining balance will then be refunded to the client.

3. Completed Services

Refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed and delivered to the client in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in the service contract.

4. Refund Method

Eligible refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Recurring Subscriptions

For monthly and annual recurring services:

  • Monthly Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

  • Annual Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 40 days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent year.

6. Acknowledgment and Consent

By utilizing our services and processing payments through this website, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
