Our vision of integrating students into authentic professional environments is epitomized by the “Masar” workshop that held at M567 Business Center, at Madinat Sultan Qaboos, Muscat, Oman.
The advanced Digital Marketing workshop led by the CEO of Masarib Group, this initiative provided students from the University of Technology and Applied Sciences with a comprehensive simulation experience. Participants gained exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into the “Customer Journey” and the intricate management of large-scale digital projects within the Omani market.

Kigali Film and TV School (KFTV) Alliance

This collaboration serves as a cornerstone of our “Knowledge and Responsibility” pillar. Together, we are aligning educational curricula with the demands of the AI era and offering 15 fully-funded scholarships for creative talents affected by conflict. Furthermore, we have launched intensive training programs designed to bring advanced skills—such as AI Citation and Ranking—to the fingertips of African and Arab professionals.
On November 2025 we implemented the 1st intensive AI Marketing course, graduated 15 Rwandan marketers, which 2 of them get internship in Masarib Office at Kigali, and currently provide their services as Masarib’s team members.
